UDPATEI know a lot of you are waiting for the release of Killer Bean Forever and I thank you for your patience. Killer Bean Forever is now completely finished, but is awaiting festival screenings.
One major goal of making Killer Bean Forever is for me to take the next step in becoming a professional filmmaker. So festival screenings are very important for me in gaining recognition by the film industry, as many industry executives attend these festivals. As soon as a screening happens, I will let you know. But in one form or another, Killer Bean Forever will be released sometime later in 2009.
The age of the ultra-low budget CG feature film is here. Killer Bean Forever was made for less than $1 million.I know people are always interested in how much a movie cost to make. So I will say that Killer Bean Forever cost well under $1 million to make. I call it under $1 million because of the 20,000+ man hours of labor I put in to this movie. I didn't actually have $1 million to spend. What I did have was my modest life's savings to live off of while I worked on my movie full time for 4-5 years.
Killer Bean Forever is an 85 minute, high definition CG animated feature film created primarily by one person, me, Jeff Lew.
